Garlicky Greens
Plain, steamed greens? B-o-r-i-n-g.
Add some flavor, and maybe your kids will eat ‘em
1 bunch chard (any color), washed, and heavy stems removed
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
2 tbs olive oil
salt
Coarsely tear or chop chard, set aside. In a large skillet with lid, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chard, and lightly salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until wilted. Remove from heat, cover with lid, and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
