Zesty Feta Dip
Don’t be fooled by the creamy white color and texture of this dip- it’s super salty and spicy. Serve with crackers or unsalted tortilla chips and a cold beer- this one is for the grown-ups!
2 cups feta chunks
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbs lemon juice
1 small serrano pepper, chopped
Using a food processor, pulse ingredients until smooth. Serve with crackers or unsalted tortilla chips.
You should deal with the pepper and THEN deal with Sir Hiss. Bet he’ll stop asking for help with it then. There’s probably a reason I don’t have kids.

Easy and sounds yum. Great appetizer for a party and I can see kids eating it. Perhaps minus the serrano.

Definitely minus the pepper- it is quite spicy.
