The “Momover”… It’s Like 12 Step- Let’s Get Physical

With all of this, how can I possible fine the time or energy to shave my legs?

For reals, though.  Getting up at 5:30 every day and hitting the gym/trail/yoga studio may sound like torture, but it’s what keeps me going.  I maintained this kind of schedule before having a child, so the early hours are nothing new to me (although the physical work is much harder than before).  But the importance of getting up and out the door is immeasurable.  Physical benefits aside, most days, this is the only time I have that is for me, and me only- beside therapy.  I wanna make it count.

    I agree with you 100 percent about why you exercise. What I cannot wrap my mind around is how early you do it.

    Right. Well, I have always done it before dawn because I had to go before work (or it wouldn’t happen at all). Now, I like it because I like to exercise before breakfast /coffee. Plus, I have to get out the door before the boys wake up or I won’t go. And I get hungry.
