Simply Sauteed Spinach

“Simply” doesn’t imply boring.  Often, cooking a food simply just brings out its taste and nutritional value.  This sauteed spinach recipe could satisfy any vegetable craving- with, or without the garlic!


1 bag pre-washed spinach
2 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
salt

In a large sauté pan or skillet, heat olive oil and garlic over low-medium heat.  Add spinach and lightly salt.  Cook until wilted and serve immediately.
