Somebody once asked me, “Who is The Sweetest?” 
Itt stand for lots of things- my husband, my son the tender scent by his ear, the moment of happiness I encounter amidst days of chaos, a piece of fish cooked to perfection, the way I feel while running, a glass of earthy red wine.
I am not The Sweetest, although most days I do my best. I am a mother, wife, wine drinker, cook, reader, and runner. In the rest of my time I practice yoga and knit the same scarf over and over again. Oh, and I love to eat. In my previous life I was a registered nurse. And before that, a 6th grade teacher.
When I started writing I had never even read a blog, much less thought of writing one. I am one of the least blog-savvy people you know. I know nothing about SEO or CSS but plenty about BFF and WTF and LYLAS.
As I live the day to day I strive to discover myself. Be at peace with myself. Laugh at myself. And I spell it out here, on The Sweetest.
